World Wetland Day - North Green Association

The Standing Committee of the Convention on Wetlands has approved the themes for World Wetlands Day as follows:

Wetlands Action for People & Nature, theme for 2022
Wetland Restoration, theme for 2023
Wetlands and Human wellbeing, theme for 2024

World Wetlands Day is celebrated every year on 2 February. This day marks the date of the adoption of the Convention on Wetlands on 2 February 1971, in the Iranian city of Ramsar on the shores of the Caspian Sea.

Erzeni Thërret “Erzeni Calling”

North Green Association's initiative within the #GreenAL project is titled "Erzeni Thërret." The initiative's main goals were to increase community awareness near buffer zones as well the aerial documentation of the contamination of this area.

Green Paths, for Dibra

Project “Green Paths for Dibra” financed by Lëviz Albania, and intend to advocate and lobby for the dramatic waste pollution in the principal streams flowing into Black Drin River in Municipality of Dibra.
